VTG Native American Beaded Moccasins Women

Not antique, likely 40 to 50 years of age is my estimate. I can't make out the words inside except for the last two. Gently worn with some spreading of beads. There are no beads falling off but perhaps some did at a point in time. No empty strings, so I m not sure.

Measures 9 1/2" at longest point and 3 1/4" at widest. The skin is thick, likely deer?
