Vintage Native Indian Beaded Panel with Floral Pattern. Unsure of age, it has been in a private collection for about 40 years. Appears to be from a. Woodlands / Great Lakes tribe, maybe Ojibwe (Chippewa) or Cree.

This came from the private collection of Whitfield Johnson, a noted authority on Indian Artifacts and former member of the Indian Artifacts Collectors Association of the Northeast. Maverick's Legacy is a 501c3 nonprofit, founded in memory of Maverick Chambers by his parents, Kimberly and Darrin. Maverick tragically lost his life to a choking accident at nearly five months old in April 2022.

Our mission is to reduce avoidable choking deaths and injuries, to build Maverick a lasting legacy of helping the community, spreading joy, and bringing awareness to safety for infants and children. We want to ensure he leaves a lasting footprint upon this world. Maverick's Legacy is determined to save lives by advocating for choking awareness, providing age-appropriate toys, and distributing LifeVac Airway Clearance/Choking Rescue Devices. Our current focus is to provide LifeVac choking rescue devices to schools, daycares, and first responders. LifeVac is used in instances where current choking protocols are not working to clear an airway.

By increasing awareness and access to life-saving tools, we strive to make a difference in preventing choking tragedies. We have already SAVED 8 Lives, donated over 1,600 Airway Clearance Devices & given countless demonstrations!
