Vintage Native American Sterling Silver Turquoise Beaded Pendant Necklace

This necklace was my Mom's and she often traveled by car from Ohio to the West and always bought what she thought was Native American jewelry. This was in the 80's. There is not an artist stamp but a leaf stamp and is stamped as sterling. I don't know what the other beads are but assuming turquoise and others I don't know.
