They said he was Blackfoot and his last name was Alvin. I was told by one other person that this is from the Blackfoot tribe. This is a Mens Vintage Traditional powwow Dance Regalia Set. The waist belt measures 37 inches. It is 4 inches wide. The front panel measures from the top of the waist belt to the bottom of the fringe is approx 33 inches. The 2 pieces at the bottom of the photo maybe for the leg or knee measures approx 15 inches and the band including the fringe is 15 inches total in length.

The band is 3 inches. The Vest or shoulder piece measures from the top shoulder seam front to the bottom of the V not including the fringe is approx 22 inches. The fringe below measures an additional approx 8 inches. The back of the best measures 15 inches from top shoulder to bottom. The shoulders measure from the outside corners 17 inches as pictured.

Please ask if you would like any additional measurements. There is room for an adjustment either way as you can see with the velcro. The Dance Regalia set includes choker, vest that slips over the head as pictured, Beaded Leggings that have a fabric background with beaded design. The leggings are tacked on to the waist belt, please see pictures, Beaded arm Bands, Wrist Bands w/fringe.

There are what looks like shin wraps with fringe but I'm not sure. The pieces have natural white hide tassels along with mixed hide and fabric on the backsides. There are places that looks like it could of been repaired/replaced with newer fringe.

Some of the pieces have faded fabric background and the beads aren't sewn as tight together so the colors look lighter on some pieces.
