This antique Native American bag is a true piece of history. Measures: 10" wide and 19" long including its original, rawhide fringe. Nez Perce or Plateau Tribe. Early 1900s to 1920's.

The beadwork is executed using pea green, dark green, semi-translucent red, clambroth, greasy yellow, black and dark blue colored seed beads on a Cheyenne pink field.
The beaded panel is trimmed with a purple corduroy fabric and the back side of the Bag is made of a burnt-orange corduroy. The interior of the Bag is lined with a heavy weight, floral decorated fabric. The bag was handmade in the United States and reflects the culture and artistry of the Native American people. It is a unique and valuable collectible that showcases the rich heritage of the United States. Measures 19 inches long with 8 inch hanging fringe x 10 inches wide.
