Northern Plains Beaded Pipe Bag Beautiful

Presented today is this beautiful vintage Northern Plains beaded pipe bag. The beading is in perfect condition and the piece measure 5 inches by 15 inches, with 8 inch long tassels. It was collected around 1970, and is possibly 10 to 20 years older than that.
