Native american beaded sash

Beautiful belt/sash made by an artisan from the Plateau Region. The Plateau Region consists of Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Montana, and British Columbia.

Measures about 60" long and 1 3/4" wide. The beaded fringe at both ends adds another 8 to the length. This piece is a part of the inventory left from my Mother's shop. It has been packed away for over 40 years. My Mother lived in Montana and bought from Indian Trading Posts and Native Americans in the north western United States. No missing beads or other blemishes.
