Contemporary 1980 or After Native American Washoe/Paiute Lidded Beaded Basket

This basket is is very colorful and beautifully designed. The basket is estimated to be from 1980 or after. Some of the colors of the beading used include red, yellow, orange, green, black and white beading. The black and white beading create a nice contrast with the colorful beads and allow for the design to stand out. At the top and bottom of the basket there is a sun or floral design. Around the base of the basket there is some spiraling detailing that comes out of the black, white and red rows on the basket. All of the following measurements are approximate. The diameter os the basket is 3" and the height of the basket is 3 1/16" The basket is in great condition with no missing beads. This is a great colorful Washoe/Paiute lidded beaded basket!
