This is an excellent condition AUTHENTIC Sleeping Beauty Turquoise polished nugget necklace with sterling silver pearl and heishi beads. Sleeping Beauty has a light blue to medium dark blue colors. These stones are the darker blue color that is not often found. I have tried to use as many lighting sources possible to enable my camera to accurately depict the true color of these amazing stones. The Sleeping Beauty Mine in Globe Arizona is no longer producing.

These stones have been stabilized to protect the hardness and color of the stones. Over 90% of all turquoise has been stabilized before its made into jewelry. This necklace measures 22 inches in length. It is secured with a lobster clasp. The stones range in color from dark blue to light blue. The matrix is light brown or tan and is part of the identification of Sleeping Beauty Turquoise. The largest polished nugget is 32mm by 2mm by 5mm. The large stones are basically free of matrix. The smallest is 15mm by 12mm by 4mm.

Each nugget is separated by 2 heishi beads. The ends are heishi and sterling beads. The necklace measures 22 inches.

If I deduct 10% for non-turquoise weight, that leaves 129 grams. This converts to 645 carats. BE SURE TO VIEW all PICTURES. If you would like additional shots please let me know.
