Antique Native American Pocket Watch Fob Beaded Eagle Flag Patriotic

A very nice, recent find in northern Iowa. This Native American watch fob measures about 6" in height and 2-1/2" in width, and was likely designed to appeal to Civil War veterans.

These fobs were typically attached to a pocket watch, with the watch tucked inside a pocket and the decorative fob draped over the outside of the pocket. We estimate that it was made somewhere between 1890 and 1920. A close look at the photos will show buckskin wear at the top, as well as some edge beads possibly missing in the same area. Make sure to have a close look at the photos. A beautiful and rare piece of history!
