WONDERFUL PAIR OF NATIVE AMERICAN MOCCASINS. Each mocassin is about 7 1/2" x 4" x 1. Beautiful pair of antique Plains Indian deerskin moccasins. Probably Bannock, Lemhi Shoshone or Crow.

Decorated with multi-colored seed bead symbolic images. Color and suppleness of the soft hide suggests brain tanning. Probably late 19th / early 20th century. Size suggests women's or youth's mocassin. All beadwork complete and intact.
